Burnaby Board of Trade Re-Opens Public Office with Normal Hours

To recover from the closures and curtailments brought on by COVID-19, it is critical that local businesses are able to re-open their doors and access the services they need.  That’s why the Burnaby Board of Trade has also re-opened it’s Kingsway office and has resumed normal in-office hours for both its members and the broader Burnaby business community.

The Burnaby Board of Trade offices are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm at 201-4555 Kingsway.  The BBOT office is staffed, with our team members ready to serve our business community by phone at 604 412 0100, by email (admin@bbot.ca) or limited in-person visits in accordance to our new, safe office re-opening procedures. For safe, in-person visits, we have limited office occupancy and restricted access to one individual per party as well as have implemented physical distancing protocols and cleaning and disinfecting procedures.

Throughout the pandemic the Burnaby Board of Trade has continued to offer its Corporate Registry Services including name approvals and corporate summaries, as well as its Document Certification Services for certificates of origin and other export/supply chain documents, and we are ready to provide these services digitally or in-person as your needs require at any time during our office hours.

Some Burnaby Board of Trade staff continue to work remotely and can be best reached by email, but all inquiries can also be directed to the main BBOT email (admin@bbot.ca) or phone (604 412 0100)
