Women’s Business Success Network
The Burnaby Board of Trade’s “Women’s Business Success Network” (WBSN) is a group of women and men interested in supporting women at all levels of business, whether a sole entrepreneur, a small business owner, a business professional or an established executive.
The WBSN will foster important discussions, facilitate meaningful connections, and advance advocacy positions in the support of women in business.
The WBSN is a member-driven group that will plan events, coordinate activities and develop policy for its members and the broader business community.
There is no fee or charge to join the WBSN and we welcome applicants from all business sectors and sizes.
Recent activities of the WBSN
The WBSN has continued to be active, recently hosting the 2018 iteration of Women Mean Business. The WBSN policy group continues to build on its policy around women on corporate boards, making a submission to the BC Securities Commission in April 2018 on regulations to support more women having board opportunities.
