The Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn Proudly Supports Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast
The Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn is proud to be involved in this year’s Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast! Along with hosting the ride participants at the Hotel for a night during the tour, all staff members of the Hotel, Liquor Store and restaurants are fundraising to help send two BC kids to Camp Goodtimes next summer.
Camp Goodtimes is a summer recreation program that provides a unique experience for children, teens and their families affected by cancer. Participants experience adventure, take on challenges, form lasting friendships and unforgettable memories. Many children and teens are empowered by the time they spend at camp and many families are renewed by time away without the stress of coping with cancer.
The cost for one child to go to Camp Goodtimes for a week is approximately $1,500.00 and our mission is to send 2 deserving children to camp next year. In order to reach our goal, we are aiming to raise $3,000.00 by September 26th.
Here’s how you can help us!
For the month of August, the Best Western Plus Coquitlam Inn will be putting 50% of all banquet room rental fees towards the donations to Cops for Cancer.

If you are interested in making a monetary donation to the Canadian Cancer Agency, please click here. All donations of $20.00 or more are eligible for a tax reciept.
