City of Burnaby Environment Week is May 28 to June 12!

SATURDAY, MAY 28. The Main Event: Environment Festival at City Hall
- 9am to 2pm, outer courtyard
- In conjunction with the Burnaby Farmers Market in the north parking lot
- Live music and fun activities for kids
- Complete the Environmental Passport to be eligible to win Farmers Market $ every half hour
- Guided tours of the nearby Great Blue Heron Colony
- The Imagination Playground (weather permitting)
- Pop Up Library
- Many environmental exhibitors: BC Recycles Summer Ambassador Tour, Sprouting Chefs, Burnaby Lake Park Association, ElectroRecycle, BC Recycles, ReGeneration, and more
- Free drop off site for ElectroRecycle BC – small appliance and power tool recycling program. Bring an acceptable item and receive a prize draw entry.
