BBOT member CapriCMW and Rogers Insurance have officially merged to become Acera Insurance.
As acquisitions by large, multinational firms have become the norm within the insurance industry, Acera Insurance has bucked this trend by remaining independent, Canadian-owned and employee-controlled. Combining the strengths of the two organizations’ presence in Alberta, BC, Ontario and the Yukon, Acera Insurance is now one of Canada’s largest independent insurance brokerages.
