BCIT named in Forbes list of Canada’s Best Employers 2023

The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) was recognized on the Forbes list of Canada’s Best Employers 2023 for the second consecutive year. BCIT ranked 37 out of 300 organizations from 25 different industries.

The annual list released by Forbes in partnership with Statistica Inc., identifies best employers based on independent surveys of over 12,000 employees working part-time or full-time for companies employing at least 500 people in Canada. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
