BBOT Celebrates Grand Re-Opening of Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie with Ribbon Cutting
BBOT President Paul Holden was joined by MP Terry Beech (Burnaby North-Seymour) and City of Burnaby Councillors James Wang, Pietro Calendino and Paul McDonell for a ceremonial ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand re-opening of BBOT member Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie.
Chez Christophe, which just celebrated its 3rd anniversary this past week, has become a destination for foodies from across the region looking for the finest pastries, chocolates and desserts. After experiencing impressive growth in its previous location, Chez Christophe has now expanded to a larger shop, which will allow them to increase their offerings, including new sandwich and lunch options.
But fans need not worry — Chez Christophe has simply relocated across the street to 4717 Hastings Street, and is still situated in the unique Burnaby Heights shopping and dining district.
Last year, the Burnaby Board of Trade and the City of Burnaby recognized Chez Christophe for its success by naming it a finalist in the 2015 Burnaby Business Excellence Awards in the Business of the Year (up to 50 employees) category, as well as the Businessperson of the Year category for its owner/chocolatier Christophe Bonzon.
The Burnaby Board of Trade congratulates Chez Christophe on its new location and wishes it a future of sweet success!
