BBOT Annual Golf Tournament Raises $11,330 for Burnaby Hospital Foundation
The Burnaby Board of Trade is thrilled to announce that $11,330 was raised at this year’s annual golf tournament held on September 7th at Riverway Golf Course in support of the Burnaby Hospital Foundation.
Funds raised at the golf tournament will go towards ensuring that the staff at the Burnaby Hospital have the best medical equipment and technology available to continue to serve the patients in our Burnaby community.
A special thank you to our Major Sponsor Scotiabank who made an outstanding donation of $5000, matching the sales of Players Packs, and the 50/50 raffle. Thanks also to RBC for their donation of $1000.
Despite the unlucky weather, 150 golfers took to the course and enjoyed some great golf, networking, food, contests and prizes. Thank you to all those who attended and who played a part in making this year’s annual golf tournament a hole-in-one success!
