YVR PREP Hosts ‘Soil to Soul’ Collaborative Dinner – Tickets Available

BBOT member YVR PREP is co-hosting the inaugural Soil to Soul chefs collaborative dinner on November 15th at their Burnaby commissary kitchen.

Soil to Soul pays homage to the rich array of local seasonal ingredients found on the West Coast, and elevates them with globally-inspired flavours that’s sure to warm the spirit and delight the senses.

Guests will enjoy a unique and immersive 8-course dining experience complete with local wine pairings and throughout the evening will hear the stories behind the food — tales of inspiration that went into each chef’s dish and how Soil to Soul is celebrated from the first course to the very last. It promises to give attendees a newfound appreciation for the local bounty that can be found right in our own backyard.

Net proceeds of Soil to Soul will go to support Growing Chefs, a local non-profit that sends teams of chef volunteers into elementary schools—where they teach children how to grow and cook their own vegetables and get the kids excited about eating healthy food.
