Tailor to Celebrities Uses Inventory to Make Masks for Frontline Workers

 

BBOT member Seville Tailors was forced to close his business during the COVID19 crisis. When a longtime employee came to owner Pat Cocco with a proposal to help make masks for frontline workers, Cocco didn’t hesitate.

“I have the equipment, the shop is here, the facilities are here, so why not?” Cocco said.

Recently Pat Cocco, who has made suits for Nick Nolte, Ryan Reynolds, Robin Williams and, his proudest moment, the eight flag-bearers who walked into B.C. Place Stadium at the opening of the 2010 Olympics, was featured in a story in the Vancouver Sun.
