Free trade agreement reached between Canada and the Republic of Korea

Today, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced that negotiations had been concluded on a free trade agreement between Canada and the Republic of Korea. This free trade agreement will see the elimination of tariffs and non-tariff barriers on almost all trade between the two countries ($10.1 billion in trade in 2012).
