“Celebrating Women Entrepreneurs” Event at the Microsoft Store

According to Entrepreneur.com, women own 10.6 million businesses in the United States and they are in charge of employing 19.1 million workers – that’s one in every seven employees. Their economic impact within the Information Technology sector is huge – $38 billion to be exact.

Even though women entrepreneurs and executives occupy so much of this space, many women currently do not have the necessary resources to strengthen their business skills or find the right mentor. 83% of these women said having access to role models or mentors would be important to their success.
The Microsoft Store in Metrotown at Metropolis invite you for a morning of networking, success stories and a showcase of Vancouver’s emerging startups by your favourite women entrepreneurs. Hear from Humaira of Futurpreneur Canada, Elaine Tan Comeau of Easy Daysies® Ltd, and Vancouver Mompreneurs® as well as a panel of up and coming women entrepreneurs including Wendy Armsbruster Bell of Snaugabell Mom & Baby Gear, Jacquekube De’Ath of Homeworks Etc. Design, Angela Rocker of Angela Crocker & Associates, and Constance Zacharias, A Certified Life Mastery Coach.

Last but not least, learn about the array of resources available at the Microsoft Store and get inspired to propel your business forward!
