Semiahmoo Resort, Golf, and Spa is proud to announce the hiring of Bruno Feldeisen as Executive Chef!

Bruno’s diplomas and awards include CAP, Chocolatier – Confiseur, Best Apprentice 1979, 360 points out of 400 – Academie of Auvergne, Top Ten Pastry Chef in America – Chocolatier Magazine 1996 & 1997, James Beard Awards, Nominated Outstanding Pastry Award 1997, 1998, New York Times, 57/57 Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel, NY, 3 Stars Rating, 1996, and San Francisco Chronicle, Solea, 2-1/2 Stars Rating, 2002.  Bruno was a competing chef on Chopped Canada, Sweet Genius and Donut Showdown on the Food Network Channel.
