Business Name Approvals
First things first, your business needs a name. The Name Approval process determines if the name you are intending to use is appropriate and available. The BBOT can assist you with completing the application form and submitting the material on your behalf.

Priority Service: $160.00 (one business day
Business Registrations
Once your business name is approved, you have 56 days to register with the Government of BC. This lets the government know that you will be conducting business under this name. The process is quick and can be completed within the same day.

Other Corporate Registry Services
The BBOT is happy to provide select other services through the BC Corporate Registry. All BC businesses register with the BC Corporate Registry. We can access this information and generate documents such as corporate summaries, annual reports, and certificates of registration/good standing.
Certificate of Origins
Shipping Documents Made Easy
Certificates of Origin are required shipping documents when exporting goods to certain countries. These documents often need certification by a Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade.
The BBOT offers on-demand documentation services. We provide our stamp, seal, and signature to certify Certificates of Origin for your exporting needs.
