BurnabyWorks is a workforce development initiative created by the Burnaby Board of Trade. It is designed to support local businesses by addressing workforce challenges, helping employers find and retain talent, and equipping job seekers with the skills needed to succeed in the local job market.

The program connects businesses with resources, training opportunities, and partnerships to build a skilled workforce. It also aims to strengthen the talent pipeline by collaborating with educational institutions and community organizations in Burnaby.
