Oxford Properties Signs Amazon to Complete Leasing of Burnaby Industrial Park
One of BBOT’s newest members, Oxford Properties, has completed leasing of Canada’s first multi-level industrial facility at the Riverbend Business Park in Burnaby.
Amazon has signed to occupy Riverbend’s entire 707,000 square foot multi-storey building — bringing development of the 1.35 million square foot business park to a successful completion. Formerly an abandoned paperboard milling operation and landfill, Oxford has transformed Riverbend from a brownfield site into a progressive and environmental award-winning business campus.
