How to Create Accessible Inclusive Workplaces

These days, all businesses in BC – small and large – are challenged in finding and keeping good employees.

The Presidents Group – a network of BC business leaders committed to increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, is hosting Small Business Owners and CEOs, to talk about leading accessible, inclusive workplaces. We will have the opportunity to learn from each other about how to lead organizations that utilize a diverse talent pool as our competitive advantage. They will share what’s working, lessons learned, and best practices – when it comes to the employment of people with disabilities. This event will also give us a chance to talk about the business impacts of newly arriving federal accessibility legislation and impending provincial accessibility legislation.
