Career Focus matches youth up to 30 years of age with Lower Mainland companies who are actively hiring for full-time positions in high-demand occupations.

Funding is available to support hiring for skilled trades plus jobs in technology, accounting, administrative services, laboratory sciences, project management, engineering, and more.

Employers who hire Career Focus participants receive a wage subsidy of up to $4750 as an incentive to hire a new employee who may meet educational requirements but may lack work experience.
