Get Involved – Arts BC 2018 Conference Coming to Burnaby
The 3 day Arts BC 2018 conference, Engagement in the #NewArtsEra, will bring together delegates from a diverse provincial network of arts and culture based organizations. This conference attracts over 300 delegates from arts councils, culture and heritage organizations, individual artists, creative entrepreneurs and community partners. It offers a fantastic opportunity to promote and profile your organization in front of key people within B.C.’s arts and culture community.
Hosted by the Burnaby Arts Council from May 10-12 at the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre in Burnaby, the conference will feature innovative panels and classes, including:
- Master Class for advanced administrators with Jerrold McGrath, Artscape Daniels Launchpad’s Director of Programs
- Creative hubs and cultural spaces panel by the Department of Canadian Heritage
- Digital strategies and funding
- Insight Team Café-The Doctor is IN: Troubleshoot-advisors on hand to provide customized support
