BBOT Member, Photon Control Inc, Named as Finalist in the 2016 BC Export Awards
We are excited to share that one of our Burnaby Board of Trade members, Photon Control Inc, has been named a finalist in the 2016 BC Export Awards!
Since 1982, the BC Export Awards have recognized over 300 companies for the contributions they have made to both the provincial and national economy. These awards are the province’s most prestigious in regards to paying tribute to the success of BC export companies.
Photon Control Inc is listed as one of the top three organizations up for the award in the Advancing Technology & Innovation category. In 1988, Photon Control Inc was created to address the need for safer controls in the Oil and Gas Industry. Since then, they have grown into a world-class facility for innovation and custom manufacturing with their designing and building of precision measuring sensors, flow meters and other measurement tools. As Photon says, they “make the technology behind the technology” and their dedication to research, innovation and quality performance sets them apart as a leader in their field. This award is well deserved recognition for the great work that Photon does.
