JOIN the 2019 Walk30 Burnaby | New West walking challenge!

From April 8 – May 10, Burnaby and New West residents, students and employees are encouraged to take the challenge by walking 30 minutes a day. Track and share your daily walking minutes online.

  • Walk to school, work, shop or play – every minute counts!
  • Walk on your own or start a team.
  • Set up a friendly competition between departments or challenge your counterparts in the City of New Westminster.

Research shows that walking 30 minutes a day improves health and well-being, even if you reach that magic number by doing a few short walks over the day.
